White Helmets release video said to show aftermath of Russian strikes

The White Helmets say that at least 18 people were killed by Russian airstrikes on five healthcare facilities, including a maternity hospital. A video from Idlib showed plumes of smoke rising over the city, streets covered in ash, and cars on fire in a residential neighbourhood.
