The US attorney for the southern district of New York announces the unsealing of a three-count federal indictment charging Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs with racketeering conspiracy, * trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He is alleged to have used his fame as one of the biggest names in hip-hop to abuse, threaten and coerce victims to fulfil his *ual desires, protect his reputation and hide his conduct, Damian Williams said. Starting in 2009, Combs transported victims, including male * workers, across state lines to take part in recorded group *ual performances called ‘freak offs’ during which he would watch and masturbate, prosecutors said. The 54-year-old rapper and producer was arrested in Manhattan on Monday night and is expected to appear in court on Tuesday. He could face decades in prison if convicted
