Turkish authorities are working to repatriate the body of activist Aysenur Ezgi Eygi who was shot dead by Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank.
Supporters have gathered at the Nablus Hospital where the dual Turkish-US citizen’s body is being held.
She was shot in the head by an Israeli soldier while at a demonstration on Friday.
However, the handover of her body may be delayed by the closure of the border crossings with Jordan.
Neta Golan is co-founder of International Solidarity Movement.
She says Israeli soldiers behind these killings conduct themselves with impunity.
